City Center | Landshut | Development
This shopping and experience paradise in the center of Landshut was developed by general contractor CMP GmbH as an architecture-guided design-build project at the GMP (guaranteed maximum price). The architectural concept links the historic city center with modern urban life without neglecting the economic interests of tenants and investors. The entire development was recognized with an award as part of the German Urban Design Competition.
Office and Commercial Building | Bad Kreuznach
This office and commercial building is centrally located along the Kreuzstrasse pedestrian zone in Bad Kreuznach. Its commercial spaces are occupied by Drogeriemarkt Müller, whose store covers the basement, ground floor and first floor (equivalent to the 2nd floor in the US) of the building. The glass-fronted ground floor and first floor create an inviting, natural-light-filled shopping atmosphere in the interior areas of the building. The second and third floors feature offices and medical clinics, with the top floor consisting of housing. The 1,878 m² lot offers a total of 6,000 m² of leasing space. CMP GmbH acted as the developer and general contractor for the project. The building has been owned by CMP GmbH since its completion.
Office and Commercial Building | Düsseldorf
The property is attractively located in the expanded center of Düsseldorf. Its prime location between the city and the Medienhafen harbor area offers excellent connections to the southwestern Autobahn network, the public transportation system and the Düsseldorf banking district. The property features approximately 1,400 m² of modernly equipped office space. A flexible floor plan concept allows for variable space division. The 577 m² retail spaces are leased to chain stores dm-Drogeriemarkt and Tchibo.
City Center | Landshut | Centermanagement
City Center Landshut offers five floors of high-quality shopping and entertainment along with 800 underground parking spaces. The center houses about 50 shops, a variety of experience dining options and a multiplex movie theater with 11 screens and 1,700 seats over approximately 21,000 m² of leased space. The state-of-the-art 455 m² event hall in the Citydome offers a fascinating panoramic view of the old town.
K 1 | Mannheim
Refurbishment of K1, Kurpfalzstrasse, ‘Breite Strasse’, Mannheim
The property is located in Mannheim’s Kurpfalzstrasse ‘Breite Strasse’ pedestrian district, one of the city’s two shopping streets. The planned concept design calls for demolition and complete reconstruction of the site, with future retail use concentrated in the basement (grocery store), ground floor to second floor (retail) and, optionally, the third floor (secondary retail space).
Thanks to its exposed position and size, the project will represent a landmark along the ‘Breite Strasse,’ improving the attractiveness of the site. This is also reflected in the design of the retail spaces. The needs of retailers will be met through optimized floor plans and modern equipment.
Leipziger Haus | Nuremberg
Office and Commercial Building
The Leipziger Haus project is located in the northeastern section of Nuremberg. The number 2 U-Bahn (subway) line, which links the city center with the airport, runs below the building and offers direct access. Leipziger Platz is expected to become the focal point of northeast Nuremberg and of a new district center. The property features about 1,400 m² of commercial space in the U-Bahn area of the basement and the ground floor, plus about 11,500 m² of office space, dividable into small units, over five floors.

The concept design allows for attractive retail use on the ground floor and first floor. Individual shops are positioned around a central lobby that is accessed via the entrance hall. Each shop is also accessible from the outside. The ground floor will offer about 1,600 m² of retail space, with an additional 1,100 m² on the first floor, plus a 160 m² Business Center. A luxury hotel is planned as the primary use of floors 2-6.
Karlsfeld Retail Center | near Munich

The concept design for this home and garden shopping center calls for construction of a new full-service grocery store located behind a front shopping area. Other external home and garden stores, gas stations, a library and offices are grouped around the covered parking area. The property also boasts attractive living spaces located in a row above the back of the main building. Gross floor area for the entire project totals about 21,000 m².
“Am Maxwehr” Superstore | Landshut

Superstore with additional individual shops
The property is attractively located on the Maxwehr in the center of Landshut. A 4-story structure will be divided into the following areas: a basement superstore with 4,000 m² of retail space, individual shops with about 600 m² of retail space and about 380 m² of mall space.
The first floor will house the second level of the superstore. The second and third floor parking levels will offer approximately 250 parking spaces. Parking will be accessed via a ramp along the side of the building.
Superstore | Bad Kreuznach
Hypermarket
Located along the road leading to the center of Bad Kreuznach and within walking distance of the main train station, the property is easily accessible by private or public transportation. The ground floor and first floor are designated for retail use, resulting in 5,000 m² of leasable space. Floors 2 to 4 contain approximately 350 parking spaces that can be leased to an operator.
Siemensareal Balanstrasse | Munich
The entire area boasts excellent transportation access with over 70,000 m² located directly along Munich’s Mittlerer Ring. A portion of the 17,000 m² property will be redesigned for special use and comprises four existing building portions with a total gross floor area of about 25,900 m². The remaining spaces will feature different designs aimed at providing stable cash flow while remaining available for later redevelopment based on market needs.
Stahlgrubercenter | Munich
Retail spaces, superstore with additional shops, hotel and office space
Located near Munich’s Ostbahnhof on the Leuchtenbergring, the Stahlgruber Center building complex includes a mall along with various additional storefronts. Reconstruction plans call for creating attractive retail spaces on the ground floor and first floor. Surrounding a central lobby on the ground floor will be the individual stores, including a 2,250 m² superstore and 2,000 m² electronics store. The retail space of both these large-area stores will extend to the first floor, accessible by escalator. This gives each store an additional 4,000 m² of retail space.
Eggenfeldener Straße Industrial Park | Munich
Office use, hotel, hypermarket, power stores
Easy transportation access and a central location make the site attractive to businesses. Many well-known companies have recently settled in the immediate vicinity.
The concept design, which was based on building regulations and objectives, calls for two different units, each with its own use: GE 1 has a lot size of about 30,000 m². A striking office tower stands alongside the Süddeutsche Zeitung building, forming a gateway to the on-ramp for the A 94 highway to Munich. Office spaces are spread over 4 high-quality building wings. GE 2 consists of a hypermarket and several power stores with a 5,500 m² GFA. The individual power stores line a central parking lot.
Arena-Park Folmava | Czech Republic
Folmava Shopping Center, Česká Kubice
The Arena-Park Shopping Center will be located in Folmava, not far from the German-Czech border near the Furth im Wald border crossing. The building offers 17,000 m² of retail space and will house about 50 specialty stores, from a pharmacy to a 4,000 m² supermarket. More than a million customers are expected each year. The center will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
